Before you start

First confirm that the basic network is normal, the account is valid, and update to the current stable version of the client. Subscription addresses are private credentials, please do not take screenshots to make them public or forward them to others.

Operation steps

  1. 01

    Cancel battery optimization

In App Information's Battery or Power Consumption Management, set the client to unrestricted or allow background activity.

  2. 02

    Allow autostart

If the system provides an auto-start or associated startup switch, enable it for the VPN client.

  3. 03

    Lock background tasks

Some systems can lock applications on the recent tasks page to reduce the probability of system cleanup.

  4. 04

    Check always on VPN

If the system sets another "Always turn on VPN", close the conflicting item first; do not let two applications apply for resident VPN at the same time.

  5. 05

    update and watch

Upgrade to the current stable version, reconnect and lock the screen for 10 minutes to confirm whether the problem recurs.

After completion, check like this

  • Battery policy allows background running
  • There is no second resident VPN
  • Keep connection notification in notification bar
  • Lock screen test is not disconnected

FAQ
