Before you start

First confirm that the basic network is normal, the account is valid, and update to the current stable version of the client. Subscription addresses are private credentials, please do not take screenshots to make them public or forward them to others.

Operation steps

  1. 01

    Copy again from Member Center

Don't use the old address in the chat history. Log in to the member center and copy the complete subscription URL again. Be careful not to copy too many spaces or punctuation marks.

  2. 02

Check if the subscription has been reset

After resetting the subscription address, the old address will become invalid immediately. Delete the old configuration in the client and import the new address.

  3. 03

    Check plan and traffic

Confirm that the account has not expired and there is still available traffic; then perform a manual update on the client.

  4. 04

    Use matching client

XVPN provides Clash/Mihomo YAML. Make sure to import into a client-compatible URL subscription portal, not a local file, single-node, or other format portal.

  5. 05

    Log clear errors

Distinguish between timeouts, 403, malformed and empty configurations. Only provide error text and desensitized screenshots to customer service, and do not disclose the complete subscription address.

After completion, check like this

  • Use the new address you just copied
  • Address starts with https and no spaces
  • Account is valid
  • Client supports Clash/Mihomo YAML

FAQ

Why does the browser open the subscription as a piece of text?

Subscriptions are inherently configuration texts read by the client and should not be shared publicly or saved to public network disks.

403 Must be a server failure?

Not necessarily, it may be that the old token, account status or request was intercepted by the intermediate network, which needs to be judged based on the time of occurrence.
